These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game "Aerogami: Paper Plane Simulator" (the "Game"), including any associated services, content, and features, offered by Yunly International Co. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, downloading, or using the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.

7. Content Ownership You acknowledge that all content and intellectual property related to the Game, including but not limited to the graphics, audio, gameplay, and software, are owned by Yunly International Co. Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.
 

8. User Content You may be able to submit or upload content (such as screenshots, videos, or user-generated designs) to the Game. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by submitting content, you grant Yunly International Co. Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute the content within the Game, on social media, or for promotional purposes.
 

9. In-Game Purchases The Game may offer in-game purchases for virtual goods, such as skins, boosters, or other digital content. All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for any purchases made through your account.
